With 40+ years experience in advertising design and creative direction, I bring an analog designer's respect for craftsmanship and typography to the digital present.
In my current position as Senior Director of Creative and Brand Strategy for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, I lead the creation of all marketing and collateral materials created by the in-house agency, including design, copy writing, radio and TV production, e-communications, social media, and strategy. I manage the creative marketing of more than 2,000 performances annually on the Center’s six stages. I also oversee the implementation of the Kennedy Center brand across all departments and platforms and strategize new ways to leverage the brand in the market. I have lectured on arts marketing before college students, working professionals, and a variety of arts organizations across the country.
